Important Dates

Art Rich Photography will be at your school the following dates:

  • Monday July 8th (8:00 am – 3:00 pm)
  • Monday July 22nd (8:00 am – 3:00 pm)
  • Tuesday July 23rd (8:00 am – 3:00 pm)
  • Friday August 2nd (8:00 am – 3:00 pm)
  • Monday August 5th (2:00 pm – 7:00 pm)
  • Monday August 26th (8:00 am – 3:00 pm)
  • Monday August 27th (8:00 am – 3:00 pm)
  • Thursday September 5th (7:30 am – 2:00 pm)
  • Thursday September 26th (7:30 am – 2:00 pm)

All yearbook photos must be taken and chosen by 11/1/2024.

If you don’t choose a yearbook photo by 11/1/2024 then the studio will choose one for you.

Important Dress Code Information

Your high school suggests the following for all yearbook photographs.  Please follow your school dress code guidelines.

Dress code for school photos

  • No hats or head coverings (unless for religious reasons or approved by administration ahead of time).
  • No sunglasses or anything that hides or alters your face.
  • No clothing featuring vulgarity or school inappropriate imagery.
  • Dressing your best is encouraged but formal wear is not required.

Things to remember for good portraits

  • Solid color clothing looks best.
  • Tops with thin or clear straps are not recommended as they can make you look like you’re not wearing clothes depending on how the photo is cropped.
  • Avoid bronzers and highlighters to reduce excessive shine when photographed.
  • The photographers will not comment on your attire or appearance, they will just take your photo.  Please make sure to follow the dress code and check your own appearance to avoid needing retakes.
  • Most importantly, wear what you feel confident and comfortable in!

Glasses

  • We try our best to photograph you with your glasses and avoid glass glare.  However, we recommend alternative options such as wearing empty frames or contacts.  This recommendation is to help avoid any extra retouching costs.

Booking online is for at school sessions only.  Click the link below to book. When prompted, the USERNAME will be RHAM + the STUDENT’S STUDENT ID (example: RHAM12345) and the PASSWORD will be the STUDENT’S LAST NAME.

Payments are made the day of your appointment. There is currently no option to pay online. Exact cash or check only. The photographer will not be able to make change.

Your photo gallery will be emailed 2 weeks after the at school session.  Please make sure to confirm or provide your email address when booking your session.  We will use this email to send you your photo gallery.

It is very important to keep your scheduled appointment since spaces are limited.  If you need to change your appointment, please call our studio, 860.621.6711.  For anyone wanting a retake you must call our studio to make an appointment. There are no Basic Sessions, Deluxe Sessions or options for retakes in September.
