All yearbook photos must be taken and chosen by 11/1/2025.

If you don’t choose a yearbook photo by 11/1/2025 then the studio will choose one for you.

Important Dress Code Information

East Catholic High School requires the following dress code for all yearbook photographs.  The photographers will not comment on your attire or appearance, they will just take your photo. Please make sure to follow the dress code and check your own appearance to avoid needing retakes.  Any student not following the dress code may be subject to a retake resulting in additional fees.

Girls

  • Must appear neat wearing a dark solid long sleeve shirt (absolutely no cleavage or undergarments revealing).
  • No off the shoulder tops.
  • Please avoid any makeup bronzers or highlighters. We suggest using some face powder to avoid any shine that may occur in the photos.
  • No unnatural hair colors or tattoos showing.

Boys

  • Must appear neat wearing a Jacket & Tie.
  • No facial hair, piercings or earrings.
  • No unnatural hair colors or tattoos showing.

Glasses

  • We try our best to photograph you with your glasses and avoid glass glare.  However, we recommend alternative options such as wearing empty frames or contacts.  This recommendation is to help avoid any extra retouching costs.

Online Booking is for Mini Sessions only.  Click one of the links below to book your mini session. When prompted, the USERNAME will be EAST + the STUDENT’S STUDENT ID (example: EAST12345) and the PASSWORD will be the STUDENT’S LAST NAME (example: Lastname).

Payments are made the day of your appointment. There is currently no option to pay online.

  • If you are visiting our studio for your mini session, we accept cash, money order and credit card.
  • If you are visiting your school for your mini session, please bring exact cash or money order only.  The photographer will not be able to make change.

Your photo gallery will be emailed within 1 week of your mini session.  Please make sure to confirm or provide your email address when booking your session.  We will use this email to send you your photo gallery.

It is very important to keep your scheduled appointment since spaces are limited.  If you need to change your appointment, please call our studio, 860.621.6711.  For anyone wanting a retake you must call our studio to make an appointment. There are no Supreme Sessions, Deluxe Sessions, Basic Sessions or options for retakes in September.
