Important Dates

Art Rich Photography will be at your school the following dates:

  • Monday August 26th (9:00 am – 2:00 pm)
  • Friday August 30th (9:00 am – 2:00 pm)
  • Tuesday September 3rd (7:30 am – 2:00 pm)
  • Monday September 16th (7:30 am – 2:00 pm)

All yearbook photos must be taken and chosen by 10/26/2024.

If you don’t choose a yearbook photo by 10/26/2024 then the studio will choose one for you.

Important Dress Code Information

Your high school suggests the following for all yearbook photographs.  Please follow your school dress code guidelines.

Dress code for school photos

  • No hats.
  • No hoodie sweatshirts.
  • No shirts with sayings on them.
  • No clothing featuring vulgarity or school inappropriate imagery.
  • No sunglasses or anything that hides or alters your face.
  • Dressing your best is encouraged but formal wear is not required.

Things to remember for good portraits

  • Solid color clothing looks best.
  • Tops with thin or clear straps are not recommended as they can make you look like you’re not wearing clothes depending on how the photo is cropped.
  • Avoid bronzers and highlighters to reduce excessive shine when photographed.
  • The photographers will not comment on your attire or appearance, they will just take your photo.  Please make sure to follow the dress code and check your own appearance to avoid needing retakes.
  • Most importantly, wear what you feel confident and comfortable in!

Glasses

  • We try our best to photograph you with your glasses and avoid glass glare.  However, we recommend alternative options such as wearing empty frames or contacts.  This recommendation is to help avoid any extra retouching costs.

Booking online is for at school sessions only.  Click the link below to book. When prompted, the USERNAME will be OWTS + the STUDENT’S STUDENT ID (example: OWTS12345) and the PASSWORD will be the STUDENT’S LAST NAME.

Payments are made the day of your appointment. There is currently no option to pay online. Exact cash or check only. The photographer will not be able to make change.

Your photo gallery will be emailed 2 weeks after the at school session.  Please make sure to confirm or provide your email address when booking your session.  We will use this email to send you your photo gallery.

It is very important to keep your scheduled appointment since spaces are limited.  If you need to change your appointment, please call our studio, 860.621.6711.  For anyone wanting a retake you must call our studio to make an appointment. There are no Basic Sessions, Deluxe Sessions or options for retakes in September.
